I can not speak more highly of the customer service I received from the team at 1Password, and Marcus in particular. I got myself into a huge lather over getting cracking with this product and didn’t pay due attention. In the end I turned to customer service and I ended up deleting my old account and establishing a new one. At each step I had a follow up email to ask if I was managing to complete the task (I am a self-admitted Luddite when it comes to this sort of thing) in a satisfactory ...

Excellent customer support
Excellent customer support, got a reply within a few minutes that solved the issue. Great company in general. Only small negative is the old school design which is not too much my taste. But everything works great.

Frustration met with great assistance!
I was so frustrated when I first began using 1Password…so not tech savvy but when I asked for help, I got it in spades!!! So thankful to have this support while trying a new app!!!
