Switching from a Mac to a PC

I recently went from using 1Password on an iMac to a PC. I was having trouble with the conversion. Upon contacting Support I was surprised to learn I could not speak with a technician but that all would occur through email. To my delight, this worked beautifully and it was a great relief to not be talking on the phone to someone with a heavy accent. Every time -- and I truly mean EVERY time -- I've a specific 1Password technical question, I've sent them an email for help. And within that same day, I get a personalized, thoughtful, polite and always informative response. Once, I couldn't get their answer to work, but got on the phone with their staff and worked it out.
