I had an issue with changing subscription & updating it to family plan. The customer support was very responsive, clearly understood my issue and resolved it in a time bound manner. Happy with the support!

I have been with 1Password (AgileBits) almost from the start and never needed support. Until now. With the transition to ver. 8 I had problems migrating my data and so I reached out to 1PW support. I have received a prompt help with clear instructions and continued attention throughout the entire process.

love this app with all my heart. works great if you use apple products. with easy and quick shortcuts on Mac to nice integration with iOS. this is hands down the best password app out there.

1Password 8 what an excellent team of employees and to experience great customer service from this team of friendly employees who showed their knowledge to advise and solved a NEW SUBSCRIBER’S problem I am so happy to have switched from LastPass to 1Password that is much easier to use Thank you all that was involved
