As always, A quick positive response from the support team
I asked a single question about the new iPad version. It was about a feature that seem to have disappeared in the new version. Laura got back to me very quickly and indicated that the access to the feature was a little different but that it was still there. Very quick response as always. 1password support has always been great and that’s why I’ve been using it since it’s inception

Excellent support team - when I have several questions regarding migration process from older software to their current version, not only 1Password support team provided me clear and step-by-step guidance, but they also followed up several days later, asking if there are still any other concerns they coul support me with. The password manager itself is great
The password manager itself is great! One or two things could be improved, as with every app. I needed support because I had a problem upgrading to Family plan, support was reasonably fast and they were very welcoming and kind. My problem was solved very fast after identifying the issue after 2 or 3 emails.
