Quick and responsive!
I had a small issue with where my subscription was being billed. I was being billed through my Apple account for the yearly subscription. I wished to move the subscription over to 1Password directly, I emailed them and the following day I had a response. They asked me to cancel my subscription so they could credit me the amount equal to the remaining subscription. With my credit I was allowed to move my subscription entirely to 1Password directly. No hassle!

Good product and customer service!
I got my problem resolved and the CS rep was helpful. Only thing I have a complaint about (not with the rep) is the turn around time from when I answer a question to when I get a response. If I was in trouble/locked out the turn around time would suck.

This is a fantastic app
This is a fantastic app. I don’t know how I ever survived without it. I never have to think twice about passwords any more, the app does it all.

Incredible
I was trying to solve an issue where an old 1Password account kept showing up no matter what I tried to get rid of it. Getting help from Kester at 1Password is the best customer support experience I've ever had. While helping me troubleshoot and figure out how to solve the issue, he was super communicative and dedicated and did not let up till I was able to fix it. Thank you so much!
