1Password is vital to surviving in this digital world. I would be lost without it. Seamless integration. Secure storage and helpful features to create passwords. Also giving this support to non technical members of the family via the family account. Their support teams work incredibly fast and are very willing to listen and help out when I’ve needed it.

Compound Problem Solved

The customer service rep asked for a screenshot of my problem and quickly diagnosed the issue. It was a compound problem involving font size settings on my phone as well as settings within 1Password8, and she figured out two steps needed for complete resolution of my problem. It was not intuitive and I would've never solved it without the help.

I was uncomfortable with the new updated look but once customer service and tech support showed me how to efficiently use the app I was in love with -Password all over again. A fantastic product that is a must-have for any busy professionals' took kit. While it sometimes gets complex and I often need help, the team at 1password has always been extremely responsive. I'm glad that they realize how important it is that their users feel confident about their product and service. I recently reached out to 1Password to file a bug report about the newest major revision, 1Password 8, on iOS. I expected the bug report to fall into the ether. Instead, Dave W. from 1Password Support captured my disparate bug reports / feedback submissions into one uber-case and responded to each numbered item with an explanation or ask for further details. Over the course of a week, we corresponded back and forth with clarifying questions and debugging information / repro steps. ...
