Very good support
I purchased 1password 3 years licence at sourcenext online in JAPAN. I don't know how to manage my subscription. But I recieve e-mail from 1password team, and then I can make my subscription active soon. Very quick response and kind Japanese language. I was so impressed. Thank you so much.

I was upgraded from 1 Password 7 to 1…
I was upgraded from 1 Password 7 to 1 Password 8 and ran into things that I did not understand or did not look right to me in the program. This took a number of weeks for me to get it right and the 1 password team stayed with me and responded to my questions and my screen shots. I am not a business. Great app and great support
I had mistakenly ended up with two 1Password accounts, and was billed for both, but the 1Password support team quickly helped me solve the problem and issued a refund for the account that I won't be using. And the response time was really impressive! Very happy with both the app and the support.

At first it was hard to get to the root…
At first it was hard to get to the root of the issue but as soon as they were able to trace it they fixed it. They were very helpful and Friendly. It was all resolved and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I have been enjoying 1Password ever…
I have been enjoying 1Password ever since I started using it. Recently I reached out to customer support asking for help and after the robot failed, very kind humans took over and supported me in the best possible way. My problem was resolved in a very short period of time! Thanks for your great support!
