Great customer support for a solid product
Product is easy to use and looks great. Had a great experience with customer support - I was in the initial 14-day trial period when they rolled out a 6-month free promotion, and the rep loaded the promotion into my account in no time after one quick email to them. Great service.

The customer service was great
The customer service was great. They could solve the problem and help. Nevertheless I do not like monthly subscriptions. Better give the money to Bitwarden as an open source project.

Account frozen resolved
I found my account frozen and I could just access 1Password in read-only mode; I wrote to support asking to verify billing; support helped me to resolve problem. People are very responsive. Thank you

I was upgrading 1Password from version…
I was upgrading 1Password from version 7 to 8. There's a bit of a learning curve, but the technical support was helpful in pointing me in the right direction.
