An actual useful and convenient app, much better than Chrome password manager
When I know this app for the first time, it occurred to me that I already have Chrome remembering password for me, why should I pay for an extra password remembering app? But after I actually tried this app for 14 days, I know i cant leave it right now. Here's why: 1. Quick and friendly support
I had a problem with my family account and filled the support request form on the website. The first response came very quickly (after only a few minutes), and it contained all the information I needed. After exchanging a few more emails, I received all the help I needed to resolve the problem.

I don’t know what I would do with out…
I don’t know what I would do with out 1Password storing all these little secrets! Certainly beats a notebook many seem to use. It’s great for creating strong passwords when you no longer can come up with being creative!!

Great customer support. Quick and easy responses to my issue. I have been in contact with several folks at 1Password support and they have been very helpful and kind to work with. As a longtime user of 1Password I have always been very happy and impressed with the software and the customer support. Clearly one of the best in the industry.

I had some issues with claiming gift…
I had some issues with claiming gift cards. I contacted support and received outstanding support. All my questions were answered and within a day I received help. I would wholeheartedly recommend 1Password as a password manager.

Great Customer Service
I've been a happy user of this software for a few years now, but only recently realise they did a student discount. I had recently renewed, but contacted support to see if I could apply the student discount for next year. They were very quick, friendly and helpful, and I even got a refund as if my discount had been applied before renewal!
