I had been trying to solve my log in problems for a few days, decided to write email and see if I could get "personal" help. Received reply within a few hours, with different steps to solve my problem. And one of the tips indeed worked. Could not have done that with the online suggestions. Pasword manager + Customer service

I've been using 1password now for about 6 years. Introduced through work, I've since gone on to pay for a family plan in the vain hope that my wife would find it as convenient as I do. Support was great

Support was great. Questions answered in a professional, concise and understandable way. Provided work arounds for certain things that were not possible because they were programme specific. This may not always be the case but I had the same support person all the time, to me that is a winner. There is nothing worse than trying to converse with a robot or having to regurgitate the same things to different person every time.

I have used 1Password for a few years now, and every time I have a problem, support is excellent and timely! Kester D. is the latest support person who has helped me very much with his patience and perseverance in helping me resolve my problems with Touch ID on my devices! I strongly recommend 1Password to anyone - membership fee is very reasonable, and support is excellent!

I started the 1Password free 14 days trial this morning after several hours of benchmarking all password managers and i can already say that i will keep it as my password manager at the end of the free trial. The password manager itself is just perfect. It offers many features and it's very easy to use, even for non-tech people.
