Excellent Product and Customer Service
Absolutely excellent company and excellent password protections services. In the middle of the night, I realised that I needed the family plan and not the individual plan. I e-mailed customer services and within 20 minutes they e-mailed back and refunded my app store transaction and moved me to the family plan and even applied the special discount rate that they were applying.
