Refund for wrong billing
I was billed for a deleted account and contacted support to resolve the matter. The assistance was great and speedy and I was refunded during the same day 👌

My wife and I have been 1Password…
My wife and I have been 1Password users. When new version was launched we were on the fence because of new purchase requirements. Contacted 1Password and were treated with complete respect and given a pass for a limited time on purchasing options. Fixed budget and they cared!!! Awesome support!!
