Getting student discount
My free trial was coming to an end but I heard there was a student discount. Zoe helped me verify my student email so that I could benefit from the discount and continue my subscription. Great communication and very efficient! Loving 1Password so far.

Upgrading Made Easy
I was unable to move my standalone 1password7 from my old laptop to my new laptop. After connecting with customer service, the explained why I needed 1password8 and they offered me three free years to upgrade to the new version. It was a good deal so I accepted and upgraded. I really like the app and would have been disappointed had I not been able to continue using. Migrating the data over was simple.
