The value of digital and human interaction when the customer is stumed
I was anxious about all the changes in version 8, frankly because of the info alerting all the users. I had just moved and didn’t believe I could make the transfers; too much stress. But 3 weeks after I successfully completed the the install of #8, I received a message to link 1password with safari, and I froze. Tommy was very helpful.
Tommy was very helpful. First I must admit I was stressed to the max because my 1Password app was not working. Click on the app and it would not start.... gave me a message that I had previously installed a later version. Previously I had updated from version 7 to 8, maybe there was some trash in my front yard "so to speak". Tommy tried the usual fixes.... but I was unable to even fire up the application. Having had a problem with upgrading…
Having had a problem with upgrading 1Password I had to call on the help of the support team. Needless to say they sorted my problem but more to the point I received very friendly & comprehensive replies to my questions. So very happy with that.
