Support with account re-creation
During last several days I have decided to recreate my 1Password.eu account that I have previously deleted after cca 3 months for personal reasons. Quick, Educated, and Professional Customer Service!
The first correspondence didn't meet my need and appeared to be a robot response. Out of frustration, I almost dropped the whole reaching out to CS because of that and it took me saying that my question was not answered so that I could then enjoy a human experience. Once I was communicating with 1Password reps, I was astonished at how quickly I was getting responses and how helpful they were. Best in the Game for the Price
So I have used password managers my whole life and I can say that one password is hands down one of if not the best out there. You just can't beat that price and all the functionalities that come with it.

Solid customer support!
I was having problems entering my (small, regional) bank's website using 1Password. I reached out to 1Password's support team and was pleased to get a response in a few days (quite good, given the realistic limitations of live support staffing). Josh D. was super helpful in gathering the information that would be needed by the developers in a forthcoming 1Password update. Great customer service!
