I needed help to upgrade my 1Password…
I needed help to upgrade my 1Password Individual Account purchased through the Apple App Store to a Family Account... Elly, from 1Password Customer Support quickly responded to my email that I sent to 1Password Customer Support and immediately helped me establish the Family account and I was on my way to extending the product to my family members! Thanks Elly!

Probably the best password manager!
Probably the best password manager at the moment, I feel super safe and the costumer care is just excellent (fast and responsive) Watchtower monitor your "data" around the internet and the app works also as a authenticator-app, all-in-one, the complete package! If only privacy.com would bring their services outside U.S. would be a 11/10! Anyway I would definitely reccomend!

An indispensable tool
When I started using Macs many years ago, 1password was my first app purchase. It makes life so much easier, and allows me to use very strong passwords. I also appreciate the secure notes, bank and software license storage, and identities. And since it works with my other Apple devices seamlessly (and even Window), it makes it easy to be productive and secure. Definitely among the best apps out there.

The support team at 1Password was perfect.
The support team at 1Password was perfect. I somehow managed to lock myself out of my account on all but 1 of my devices. They helped me setup a new account and migrate my data from the old account to the new. They made sure that all details and everything I needed were covered. It was a seamless experience and now I'm up and running again like nothing ever happened. Thank you!

Quick and useful
I had trouble upgrading to a family plan. I wrote tech support who replied immediately with a solution (cancelling App Store subscription and resubscribing on 1Password site). I used the solution and the problem was solved, I was upgraded to family plan with credit for time remaining. The whole thing took me no more than 20 minutes.

Great, effective support
Getting locked out of our password manager is one of our worst nightmares these days, and it happened to me recently as I changed laptops. Great support and an excellent 50$…
Great support and an excellent 50$ offer for 3 years. Great product, using it for about 10 years between all my apple devices and also Windows machine.
