A great customer service experience.
I have been using 1Pass for a while and really like the interface. But it's not perfect. So when I had an issue with using Windows Hello, I contacted their support. I was impressed at first that I promptly received a reply, where they had read my full description and responded in detail. No canned answers coughed up from some database. It took several emails to resolve the problem and they worked with me all the way. It was a great customer service experience.

Great customer relations!
Before my trial membership was up, I got a standard form email that said I needed to add a credit card. Since I already had done so, I sent an email questioning the process. I promptly received a note from Jenn M that was so friendly that I thanked her, and then received another note asking if I had any other issues. I was treated so nicely that I won't hesitate to ask!

Best info storage app out there...
1Password is a great app to securely store all of your sensitive information in one place for easy access any time you need it. The app is very well designed and easy to use. Their customer service team is incredibly helpful and responsive, which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend 1password!

Upgrading 1Password 7 to 1Password 8
Customer Support@1Password has been excellent assisting me to migrate from 1Password 7 with standalone license to 1Password 8 with a 1Password membership. The detailed explanations have ensured a seamless transfer of data on both iPhone & MacBook. Thanks for the prompt responses to my queries.

I have been a user of 1Password for many years.
I have been a user of 1Password in its standalone version for many years. When offered the new cloud/based version 8 I had many questions. I was offered a trial and all my questions were answered quickly and in a very friendly way. Data migration from version 7 was easier than expected. I definitely recommend 1Password .
