Best customer service
I made a small mistake when signing up. When I emailed 1Password for help, they responded within 24hrs and the matter was resolved so quickly. Wonderful customer service.

Great customer service
I wanted to move my account from the US to the EU but had a active subscription with 50% discount. I was not able to do it myself so I contacted 1Password. They helped me on a timely and very kind manner. Thanks!

Caring for the individual person matters
I recently had to cancel my subscription to 1password and when I did I received an email asking why what happened. I told them why I had to cancel and that I appreciated 1password. They went above and beyond and sent me a 10.00 voucher for 1password and it's paid my fees for the last 2 months so I wouldn't lose my subscription. That is phenomenal. Google is the only other company that offered A solution to help me pay for a subscription so I wouldn't lose it. I appreciate that more than you ...

Just one word: perfect
I asked to apply promotion code to get discount and thanks to kind and friendly support I smoothly finish the procedure. The staff offered me concise guidance and that helped me a lot. It was an excellent customer experience that made me super happy to be an user of 1Password.
