Great customer service
I've got a special offer in my 1Password application on my Mac. Sadly, it wasn't compatible with my current membership. So, I contacted their support and they gave me a great offer. I was very surprised, because nowadays companies only care about getting new customers, but here also loyal customers are valued. Now I will also give 1Password 8 a try. The support team is very nice and eager to help. I had a very nice experience contacting 1Password support.

I forgot my 1Password Master Password……
I changed my 1Password Master Password… was in a hurry and forgot what it was next time I needed it 😕. I contacted 1Password support and awaited contact back. Then I discovered that my facial recognition got me logged in and found that I could reveal the password under private vault and 1Password Account entry. Credit card billing issue resolved
I had a billing issue as my credit card provider was unable to link correctly with the payment system of 1Password. The customer service team at 1Password was excellent (Saif, in particular) and they understood the issue, found a solution and walked me through the steps to rectify the billing problem. Through the process, their communication/responses were quick, knowledgeable and helpful. An excellent service experience!
