Wow, Wow, Wow, Support! We have been using 1Password for years and love it. I wanted to change our plan to 1Password for Families (from two in our household, each using individual plans). I emailed 1Password support and minutes later got an email back from Nate. I had some trouble with transferring…
I had some trouble with transferring data from my old IPhone to the new one. Especially the 1Password app causes some Problems. The 1Password hotline was responding very quick and gave me correct guidance to fix the problem fast. The service was exemplary. Thanks

Great support with moving to other region.
I have been a 1password user almost since the beginning. Due to privacy concerns I needed to move my data to another region. In order for that I needed to create a new account in that region and move my data manually, which was an easy proces. I contacted 1password support to ask them to move the remaining credit and all the promotional perks to my new account. That was no problem at all. So an already happy 1password user is now even more happy with more privacy in a new region.
