An amazing and critical service in this age in which we live with prompt and friendly customer support! 1Password is one of a very small handful of digital services for which I rely on a daily basis and would be sore pressed to live without.

Diagnosing an auto-fill problem was complicated & challenging. It involved multiple back & forths over multiple days. However, with the focused, dedicated, persistent help of Evon & others I am delighted to report we finally figured it out. I very much appreciate all the effort involved that ultimately resulted in Problem Solved!

1Password’s superb service
I was in touch with Sian-Kathryn for a 1Password offer for journalists and the process was extremely smooth. The whole thing was done within minutes of me replying and through and through, the communications were delightfully courteous.

Migrating from 1Password7 to 1Password8
I’ve been a longtime 1Password 7 user. I was not a big fan of the migration from perpetual to subscription licensing, however; 1Password support was convinced that if I migrated to the new version/platform I would be pleasantly surprised. They were not mistaken. They were kind enough to give us an extended trial to learn the new ins and outs. We are just getting started, but we’re already liking the new app and can’t wait to utilize it further.
