Excellent Customer Service
I recently was locked out of my 1Password account, and I reached out via the support function. They reached back to me the next day, and troubleshot me through the process. I wasn't exactly able to recover the account, but I was able to back up everything and deleted the account and made a new one, and I was credited the remaining balance on my old account. Great customer service, thank you very much!

Master Password issue and Migrating data
I was in email communications with Laura and she stayed with me over our emails until my issue was resolved. I moved from iP7 on 1Password v7 to iP14 and I could not access my vault because I could not remember my master password. I’m in Sydney Australia and realized Laura was in LA Sunday afternoon whilst I was on Monday morning. Laura helped me even on her Sunday and I felt guilty 😞 Thank you Laura

Nicest CS person ever

I have tried alternate password…
I have tried alternate password managers but found 1password to be ideal fit for myself and family.. theyve rated best since they established their product and have frequently upgraded in keeping times and ensruing optimal security (which they have been great at). Product has simple & clean user interface, making it easy to update / use information as required and as easy to share for use by family members for their personal or shared data usage…
