Superb help from 1Password support
The help I have been given with 1Password customer support has been the best I’ve ever had! Moving over from a stand alone to a different plan is very confusing for me. They were kind, considerate of my abilities. Never once did I feel they were shrugging me off. Thank you 1Password people!!!!

A Model of Customer Service
You never know what you are going to get when you reach out to a company for support. Frankly, I never expect much (other than expecting to be frustrated or disappointed). My experience with the team at AgileBits was the exact opposite of this. I received quick, thorough, and personal service AND a fix to my problem.
