I needed help deleting the account of deceased husband
I sent an email asking how to delete my husbands account without losing his info. That was not clear in the FAQs. I was amazed to get a response incredibly quickly. Emails to places often dont get answered for days...this was answered within the hour. It was clear, it told me exactly what to do. I appreciated it. Its hard deleting the account

1Password is the best password manager
1Password is the best password manager, I used for many years from Standalone to Account version. Moreover, they have the professional support center with the fast feedback and very details. I recommend everyone should try/use it for the privacy and security.

I contacted support and problem cured
I contacted support because I had a small problem with the reaction of 1Password across several different Cloud machines. Within 24 hours I had a response and this resolved my problem.

Excellent support team.
Support team stayed focused on my issue and the difficulty I had following the steps to resubscribe and login with a security key that was new. A few email directions in a more simple format helped me to login successfully with a security key now in place.
