Fast turnaround and easy problem resolution. Had a billing issue which required switching payment methods and was able to get things squared away quickly.

Excellent Help
I used 1Password’s email help to change my plan from families to individual. The communication was friendly and most importantly the instructions were clear. Great service!

My experience was terrible
My experience was terrible. Fortunately 1password suport remained excellent and committed to me and eventually I got there. Not sure exactly what was the reason but I just couldnt follow your Standard procedures and thinks got really convoluted for me.. I think it was largely semantics. Eg is 1pass7 an account? Not really…..you have a lot of hype about great features but not much on how things actuslly work in relationship eg Apps on devices vs net site….. In any case it remains an ...

Customer service actually responded…
Customer service actually responded directly to my concerns and problems. Unlike past experience with competitors that simply refer you to their FAQ or User Group where you must search out a solution to your specific problem... which is often nowhere to be found. 1PW actually respects that your time is valuable too, while competitors think theirs is the only time that is important. Rather than 5/5 I would give 1PW 10/10!!
