I had an issue with my vault and secret key
I had an issue with my secret key and access to my vault that the team were able to help me quickly resolve. In addition, the team made sure that my account was credited. I could not have asked for a more professional and friendly experience. I'd highly recommend 1Password based on the security and the service provided. Thanks!

Brendan was incredible
Brendan was incredible! I had an issue with 1Password biometric authentication, but it turned out that it was the fault of my Google Pixel 7. I reached out to Google and they suggested a reset of the phone, but Brendan went above and beyond and found a solution to a problem that had nothing to do with 1Password. Incredible service! Thank you.
