great friendly and fast service
The support was very quick, friendly, patient and easy to follow their suggestions on how to solve my problem (and actually it was solved in like 5 min after I had been putting it off for weeks) Makes the company trustworthy and me feel comfortable using their services for this very sensible topic. Great Customer Support
I was out of the country when my payment was due and my account had an old credit card. Customer support worked with me to secure my account until I was able to return home and enter my new card. So glad I did not lose my information.

1Password is a great App and their support team is super helpful. I have rarely needed any support, but when I did, they were right on it!

Great migration and billing help
Finally took the plunge on upgrading from an old perpetual license. Missed the upgrade offering (50% off for 3 years) that flashed on screen, but after a quick message to 1Password support team got *very* quick help (human response in 3 h, all resolved in less than 9 h). Truly impeccable! Very impressed. Product/service great too of course.
