I've relied on 1Password for more than a decade and they made it easy to merge an existing Family account to one included with an eero Plus subscription. The helpful, friendly and very responsive support team resolved updating my account quickly and with just a couple emails.

Top work by 1Password. Reached out with a support issue, and they were quickly able to guide me to the right answer, with clear instructions for the bits I needed to do myself. I also received a response over the weekend, in less than 24 hours - which was unexpected but very welcomed!

The new subscription model is much strange at first sight but valuable in a deeper view.
The new subscription model is much better than it seems to be at first sight, specially the family edition. You did a great job but (maybe) you can improve the communication once old customers like me have been surprised by the requested migration from a licensed mode to a subscription mode. There are many new important and valuable features we should know.
