Incredible Customers Service from the…
Incredible Customer Service from the team at 1Password, and the company as a whole. Seriously, I'm not kidding. I contacted them because I had some issue trying to setup a subscription account. Customer Services noticed that I had bought a full licence back in 2011 when I was still using a Mac and even though I'm now on Linux they offered to trade in my old licence towards a new subscription account with a generous "first 2 years free" in exchange. 1Password (1PW) SUPPORT TEAM are ‘AAA-ROCK STARS’ in helping me feel very ABLE to navigate (‘difficult to me’) the migration of data from 2 MacBookPro laptops (2015-old & new) with separate primary stand-alone vaults (v6, used since 2016), to new 1PW account 'family-membership', across multiple devices; first individually via v7, for data-migration purpose, then the upgrade to v8. I am a long term userof 1password. Started with 1 password standalone, navigated through icloud, Dropbox backups and multi device usage. First 5 years were very productive. Then came the subscription and electron app etc.. I prolonged my move to subscription by couple of years. Meanwhile suffering when browser plugins stopped working.
