Using 1Password Support
At first, I was a bit skeptical about getting help from 1Password with nothing but emails. But after going through the process I found that it was useful, convenient, and efficient. The replies from the 1Password support staff were quick and detailed, and all my issues were resolved in a timely manner. It was also useful to have a stream of all the messages so I could refer back to other information. A fantastic job.

Don’t know what I’d do without…
Don’t know what I’d do without 1Password! After a couple of potential leaked password scares I decided to lock everything down. After a full evening dedicated to adding all my owned accounts and changing the passwords to 24-character codes, I feel happy and much safer. 1Password also has a much more straightforward and visually-nice user interface than other password managers I’ve seen.

1Password is Terrific
1Password is, bar none, my favorite software. Not only is the program itself terrific and terrifically useful, the the support team is one of the very best I have occasion to rely on. Support is quick and very well thought out, making the resolution of the rare problem a snap. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The workers at 1Password company merged…
My original internet company merged with someone else. Since then I had problems with 1Password getting in. We went back and forth for a couple weeks between me, the new company and your workers at 1Password. Finally the company had to put in a new line for computer, then I was still having a problem. I was all set to delete 1Password and start over. Then one final last try did the trick. I couldn’t believe it. Your workers are geniuses and need a raise in pay!!!!!!!!!! They stood by me and ...
