My interaction began with me being kind of surly because of 1PW's constant prompts to upgrade from my version 7 stand-alone to their version 8 cloud subscription version. Great help getting back on track

I have used 1Password for years, starting not too long after it started and found it to be extremely helpful. But over the last couple of years I had not paid attention to several updates and was beginning to have a few minor problems. With the help of a couple of emails to and from support I was able to get up to date surprisingly easily. The responses were quick and thorough and they followed up to be sure all was well. Student discount is for as long as you are a student!

I am a student in year 2 and contacted to check whether I still have an discount. The support agent was amazing, He made sure I got the discount at the end of the call! The support team of 1Password along with the excellent software are GLORIOUS!!! Love you 1Password <3

I'm very happy with 1Password.

I've used a few of the other password protection apps like Lastpass, and they are great, but 1Password is better. 1Password really shines in the area of support. Their responses are quick, to the point, and by a human. I also like the design and flow of the app. It continues to evolve to be more streamlined and useful. I am very happy with 1Password.
