Awesome support!
I’m amazed at the speed with which the support agents resolved the issue. Even though multiple people were involved in the conversation, the experience was absolutely seamless. I didn’t even realise that I was chatting with more than one person.

Excellent software
Love this app - it is one of the few applications that I am happy to pay for. Recent upgrades for 1Password 8 have been welcome - UI has a modern feel, and streamlined 2FA storing has been very welcome.

Great app, awesome client service!
I had an issue with my subscription, my renew was on the previous version 7, but I have the 8 now, I had all the support when I asked for it. Working with the billing support team was awesome! Kaley L. did an excellent job with my request. I'm very happy with the support and the kind treatment of all the team. Is always a pleasure to use your awesome application, is not only my vault is also my second brain. I want to say thank you to all the 1Password team. You’re the best guys!!

I received excellent support from there team at 1Password. The communication was prompt and to the point. They were spot on as to what the problem was and I was able to quickly resolve the issue with their help.
