A Frustrating Day Rescued by Mat and 1Password!
Mat and the team at 1Password did and amazing job of helping me recover my data. While I struggled online to resolve my issues once I connected Mat the resolution only took a two minutes. That was the perfect fix for getting me back on track and helping me regain my sanity! Many thanks to Mat and his team!

I have only one issue with OnePassword…
I have only one issue with OnePassword and that is the face recognition on my iPhone does not work. Otherwise I have been a long time customer and love it.

Comprehensive and Secure With Excellent Customer Service
I decided to change to 1Password after very "glitchy" experiences with two free well known password managers. I decided the small price for 1Password, given all it offers, was a worthwhile investment for the security and peace of mind. The customer service from Julia V., and her colleagues, has been superb and has provided proof that I made the right decision. Password problem solved in an elegant and safe way.
This company and the product they offer changed the way I manage password in the sense that I don't need to care anymore about the password storage, whether it's on piece of paper, a memory card or in some file on a PC that soon or late is obsolete. Instead now the amount of passwords that I have to manage are safely stored in a central way allowing me to access them from everywhere and every type of device.
