The most important software I use

1Password is the most vital, valuable & necessary piece of software I own. I have used it for at least 10 years and am not sure what I would do without it. I currently have 670 logins saved in 1Password and not one of these passwords are a duplicate. This tells you how integral 1Password is in protecting my rather large digital footprint.

This team is effective, fast and solved my problem

I had locked myself out. I am not computer savvy. The quick automatic response with suggestions did not work for me, but offered a human person could get back to me if I was stuck. Within 12 hours someone read my problem and answered with specific instructions. They worked! I can now access this important app. I am very grateful to this team.

Best App I Use Daily

I've been using 1Password since 2010. I can't think of a better product that I'd call a "necessity". I use it every day, primarily for passwords, but it's also very helpful for storing app purchase details, misc. notes, and sharing things with family (as I'm on the family plan). Speaking of, they are constantly adding new features (such as family sharing) and always improving on the product. Really, they are a great team and continue to provide excellent service.
