I am a legacy user of 1Password, for Mac, Windows and iOS, since version 3 in 2013. I've recently upgraded all my devices to a 1Password Family Subscription. A difficult migration of 976 items in my vault and several devices and operating systems. Although not perfect, 1Password is the best of all the password managers I have reviewed. Very reliable and practical passwordmanager
Very reliable and practical passwordmanager. Can be used across different platforms, e.g. iOS, Android, Windows. Facilitates MFA. 1Password can generate strong passwords based on your criteria. Even with easy to remember words. Would be better with a Dutch dictionary to make a strong password.

You basically can't go wrong with…
You basically can't go wrong with 1Password. I tried many password managers including Keypass, LastPass etc and 1Password was far and beyond the best user experience of any. It's like they apply the sensibilities of Canadian software design to make this app friendly and polite. :) The browser integration has been great. I've had a couple tiny issues over the years but they were always quick to provide workaround or support. I hope 1Password is around for a long, long time!

Great experience with customer service
I got quick and nice responses from customer servie. My problem was quickly resolved. I have worked in Customer Service myself for a longer period of time and can therefore say that everyone did a super job!

Very helpful
Very quick, kind and helpful response to my email. Went over and above sending instructions for what I needed. I don’t always experience this, especially as I’ve become a senior citizen. Than you.

Best overall password manager, in my experience
I love 1Password. I have used several password managers over the years and I can safely say that 1Password is the one most practical overall. I use it seamlessly in all my devices and works like a charm. Definitely recommend it.
