I experienced great customer service when I utilized 1Password's customer service link. My concern was over billing and my locked account. David and Siouxsre gave me instructions to correct my problem. Insightful, well communicated support
I was having an issue with 2FA code, the ones generated on my phone app worked, but the ones from my PC app did not, I was sure this was a 1Password glitch. I reached out to email support and 3h44m later, they send me a well written summary of why this most often happens, as it turns out one of the reasons applied. My PC's clock was skewed by 30 seconds. Upgrading Individual Subscription to Family Subscription
I was looking to upgrade my 1Password individual subscription to the family subscription but because my subscription was managed by Google Play I needed help from customer support. They provided clear direction, credited me the value of my remaining individual subscription and I upgraded to the family plan without issue.
