Such fast support response!
Such fast support response! Congratulations to the 1Password team for helping me get from V.6 to V.8 on my late-2014 iMac Retna ... and, at the same time, setup V.8 on a new M2 MacBook Pro 13" laptop. Plus it all syncs now with my iPhone XS Max. The team responded quickly with info I needed to finish the setup quickly. Thanks all!

I was very impressed with how quickly they responded to my issue, resolved it, and made sure I was satisfied. They even went beyond my expectations by refunding an outstanding balance with them. Awesome service, glad to work with them.

Great support
The company’s product is great so nothing needs to be said about that. On this occasion I had to contact them with an account question and was surprised to quickly receive back a completely thorough answer on a Sunday. This has happened before too. In an age when so many technical support replies from large companies are incoherent and useless, it’s great to deal with one like this.
