"Keeping Passwords safe"
What do you like best about 1Password? 1Password allows you to easily create usernames and logins for multiple websites, even your personal information. Knowing my information is secure with 1Password is very helpful when using several platforms.

Highly Recommend
I’ve been using 1Password for over 5 years now, and have recommended it to my colleagues and family. It’s easy to use, reliable and secure. The 1Password team are constantly improving it- adding new features, polishing the interface, and adding in security extras, like Watchtower and the ability to remember which SSO provider you used to sign in last time. Customer Support were responsive and helpful when I needed to consolidate licenses. Thanks for a great product 1Password!

Relatively quick responses
Relatively quick responses, helpful feedback. Maybe next time the instructions should specify that the copy over can best be done on the desktop app, not the mobile app or the extension. (For 1Password 8 at least)

1Password support via email is super fast (responding in minutes), courteous, takes account security seriously, and solves problems swiftly.

Extremely fast support; generous & kind
Fast, efficient service was rather unexpected from a password manager. Most of the ones I've used are pretty slow & you hardly ever talk to a real person. For a pretty minor amount for all the security we gain, 1Password's support was excellent. We recently subscribed to 1Password on a Black Friday discount of -25%.
