Issues with passwords cause…
Issues with passwords cause overwhelming stress. The team at 1Password did an outstanding job of understanding my unique circumstances and then suggested a course of action to resolve it. Better yet, the provided step by step suggestions and where there to help. This approach put me at ease and gave me confidence that the solution would work. Simple, clear instructions with answers to every question. That is how you eliminate stress on password issues. Way to go 1Password team!

Customer service matters!
At every interaction, I got the impression that support was trying to help me, not get my ticket closed asap. I'm very glad to be using 1Password and my initial interactions have been fantastic. Give Melanie a raise!

"The best password manager on the market, and one of the only pieces of software I use every day."
What do you like best about 1Password? I love the easy to use UI of 1Password. It's definitely the best password manager on the market in that regard. As A canadian I also like that it is a growing tech company in the Canadian Tech Space.

Support is friendly, fast, competently
Problem was a frozen account with two billings…my problem was solved competently in a VERY short time. And finally - I wrote in my language (Deutsch) and they answered in….Deutsch!!! Great Support 👍👍👍
