Great customer service. Quick response, knowledgeable, provided alternatives, and ultimately solved the issue. Will now focus on using the technology and the tools, but first experience with the company was great.

Top level customer service.
Using 1Password over the years I have needed Customer Service at various times, from the simple to the complicated, and customer service has always come through to guide me toward the solution. Late night on a Sunday in a panic, Customer Service was there, Holiday time at the end of the year, Customer Service was there. Top notch. They have a customer for life.

Easy and fast support when switching to 1Password families
I had issues switching from the 1Password Individual plan to the Families plan. I reached out to the 1Password support team, and after a few back-and-forth mails, my issue was addressed, and the switch was complete. I am a long time user of the 1Password and will be onboarding my family members to protect their passwords.
