Best Support Team Ever!
I had made an error in setting up my account, creating a family instead of an individual acct. Support was fantastic, responding quickly and guiding me step-by-step to get everything working the way I wanted. I am one of many changing my Last Pass and grade that I have. 1Password is easy to organize and clean up duplicates. Again, support is the best I have experienced.

Excellent support
Excellent support. My case was unusual, requiring some research. The support I received was prompt and the fix worked! It was all by email, and worked fine. The technicians were very polite and professional. I’m quite satisfied.

Great Password Manager/Customer Support from a Former LastPass User
I have been a LastPass user for many years however due to their recent string of security issues and inadequate public response to its customers, I started looking at other services. I have known about 1Password for years and it consistently received favorable reviews so I gave it a try. I also reviewed two other highly rated password managers. Premium Customer Service for a Superb Product
The customer service has been some of the best I have ever experienced. I already had an existing account with 1Password when I received an email offering a huge discount due to partnering up with Navy Federal. Since I was already a member, the deal was only for new accounts. 1Password's customer service helped me create a new account via the Navy Federal discount link, migrate all of my data over to the new account, then transferred the remaining time of my old account to my new account ...

Quickly Issued my Refund
They were able to quickly issue a pro-rated refund of my family plan after I attached my account to my business account only 4 days after I had paid for my family plan account.
