I'm happy with the help I've received in setting up my 1Password individual account. I had assistance from Pierre and Darcy - thank you - and they were very nice and know what they are doing. I am almost 80 years old and have to often depend on the knowledge of young people who grew up chewing on computer cords!

One of the Best Support Teams I have Experienced
The support team members who handled my problem used a friendly tone in their emails. The message was consistent even if it was not the same person who replied to my many emails. The team was courteous, patient and the instructions were concise and not hard to follow. The responses from the team were prompt. I felt like I was talking to someone I knew! Thanks Team.
