Great product and customer service
Customer service is highly responsive and was very helpful. After the egregious breach of trust of LastPass, 1Password is a fantastic alternative and couldn’t be happier with the service.

Lots of suggestions for password retrieval/smooth process to start all over
I was unable to get into my account after I changed my password and somehow did not write it down correctly. Customer support really tried to help me retrieving it, giving me a whole list of things to try. Unfortunately none worked and I had to start all over again with a new account but they made it as smooth and easy as it could be. I was also reminded to download the Emergency Kit right away, which I did.

Resigning Up

Subscription Help
Had trouble activating a subscription discount and the customer service folks were very helpful, via email, in getting the issue resolved. Happy I switched to 1Password.
