I was able to resolve the issue quickly.
My task was to transfer from a SourceNext account to a Faplan subscription. They responded quickly and courteously and helped me to resolve the issue without any loss of account data. I am very satisfied. 1Password has become an indispensable tool in our daily life.

Good customer support
Upgrading subscription with iPhone was not possible due to Apple's restriction. Customer support was very clear and helpful with the process. I got the upgrade done easily with their support.

After 1 year usage
After 1 year usage, I was considering to change from 1password, but the very kind support convinced me with an extra discount to stay and enjoy further the password manager services. I could not resist and I stayed :) 10/10 Support Experience.
