No frustration at all
What I expected would be a complicated and frustrating experience was actually quite easy and painless. Moving my data from LastPass to 1Password had no hiccups whatsoever. In addition, the support team at 1Password are extraordinarily responsive and helpful.

Super Impressed with the Support!
I was incredibly impressed with the support I received from Trace this week. They were very patient yet persistent in digging into the root cause of my problem (it ended up being related to US vs Cdn domains). It was refreshing to feel like my request was taken seriously and 1Password wasn't satisfied until we found a solution. I definitely appreciated that, once I had initiated the ticket, the support rep (Trace) engaged me via email (I didn't need to log back into a central system, etc).
