I contacted 1Password about their promise to credit my new account to reimburse me for the remaining months of a competitor's subscription. This is something businesses could be tempted to stall on. Within a day, I received a positive response, cheerfully communicated. A+ rating!

The people who helped me all seemed straightforward, simple and nice
The people who helped me all seemed very straightforward, simple and nice when explaining things and were able to adapt quickly the company protocols to my needs. Felt that what they were "selling" was really genuine and a thing they actually feel proud to present to the client as being a really awesome product.

Discount for switching over from competing product
I appreciate the consideration that people can't always afford to switch when they have term left with a competitor, and removing that obstacle.

Amazing product and support
Purchased a year subscription from their US site by mistake (not knowing there was a Canadian 1Password site with pricing in CAD). I contacted their support team who not only refunded my purchase but also provided a discount on a Canadian subscription since I was moving from a competitor. Great experience with their platform and their support team so far. Would definitely recommend!

I'm new to 1Password but not to…
I'm new to 1Password but not to password managers. I was looking for an alternative to a well-known, recently breached service and came across 1Password. From the very first contact, everyone was friendly, efficient and professional. The service itself is very easy to use, very responsive and intuitive.
