Smooth transition, felt welcome
Transferred to 1Password from a certain other password manager. The transfer went smooth. The 1Password helpdesk also responded quickly to one of my questions. I felt welcome, which is nice.

I am new to 1Password and had some questions trying to get past the learning curve; I'd hoped for a phone number, but only saw an email resource. I was, frankly, incredibly surprised and gratified at how responsive, thorough, and helpful they were. They gave me very straightforward steps to take, complete with very clear screenshots. So far, I'm a true fan of their customer service.

I’m used to great support from 1Password, but this time I wasn’t finding that. I searched on your website for information & a process for finding it. It seemed like a lot of telling but little showing. All aimed for newbies. None of it met my needs transitioning from an iPhone 6 to iPhone 14pro. Support understood at first everyone of the points I was asking and gave the right answer and solution. I feel I can trust 1Password the same they trusted me, without any strange question to answer on my side or extra proof to show, something I've been asked at other places.
