I messed up, they helped fix it

I created a new account, but didn't save my Secret Key. When I went back to work on setting up passwords, I couldn't get into my account. The support agents were very helpful in providing me instructions for how to delete the account and create a new one, and then applied the credit for the first account that I had already paid for. I was using another password manager and had already decided to try 1Password based on reviews. Was pleasantly surprised that 1Password would give me a discount for switching to them. Sent back the information requested and within a few days got an email with my discount. So far a good experience with customer service.
