Made migration from LastPass a pleasure
Made migration from LastPass a pleasure. In light of yet another breach of LastPass, I felt I'd had enough despite being with them for 12 years and so I spent hours researching where I should move my 931 passwords to. 1Password is where I settled. The tech is excellent, the 'secret key' makes it incredibly secure, and there is an import function to help with the migration. I then set about going through every single password: either updating the password, requesting deletion of the ...

"Super simple and convenient"
What do you like best about 1Password? It encourages me to have much better habits around security. Its password-sharing capabilities are also excellent for sharing externally and within your team.

1password makes it clear that they care about their customers by ensuring top-notch and timely customer service. I had some challenges switching from single account to family account and the support team was nothing short of fabulous to work with. Prompt, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I am impressed with the quality and responsiveness of the 1P Support team. Having recently joined 1P, I've had a few inquiries about setting up my affairs, including one relating to a quirky, misbehaving login for my (Canadian) financial institution's app. The latter required some perseverance and testing by the Support team to determine why the app was behaving the way it was. Fantastic support. Fantastic product. I've been a happy 1Password customer since (I think) 2016. I've been using the standalone version 6. Worked great. But some features were no longer available due to security updated on the Mac OS (for example, saving passwords entered on Safari). So I decided to upgrade.
