I had one of those "not easy to resolve" problems and it took the 1Password technical support team and I about a week to finally resolve, but they patiently worked through the problem with me as we exchanged numerous emails back and forth....they keep at it and I hung in there until the problem was fixed!!! I am somewhat challenged when it comes to cell phones and the technology. Therefore I need more assistance than most. Catherine stuck with me throughout and I was successful in the transfer from 1Password 7 with a stand-alone account to 1Password 8. All is well and I appreciate Catherine’s patience and help to make it happen.

Kudos to the team of 1Password, it's one of those apps that if you tried once and if it worked, 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒊𝒕 for the rest of the life, just like Firefox for example. It's simply amazing and I enjoyed every bit of experience so far. The UI, the swiftness of the app, the UX, the CLI, the plugins, the coverage for most of the OS, cross-platform access (mobile/desktop). How an infamous US person🍊would say "It's just great".
